Painter-Smith Family
Welcome! We are thrilled that you are considering booking one of our rental properties! We hope that you will take time to disconnect from work and daily life to reconnect with nature and one another! As a seasoned vacation rental owner, I have stocked our cottage with all the essentials you will need for a comfortable stay. Grant and I live on the Outer Banks full-time with our growing family. I am in real estate sales, while Grant is a general contractor and home builder. All of our properties have been renovated and thoughtfully redesigned for our family, friends and guests! We are hands-on owners and work closely with the management company to keep our property in pristine condition.

Pet-Friendly
We take pride in our pet-friendly accommodations! Our pet-fees go toward added cleaning so that all of our guests will enjoy our properties. Unfortunately, Vitamin Sea is not currently pet-friendly.
We ask all of our guests to plan for their pets during your stay so they're not over heated at the beach or anxiously awaiting your return at the house.
Family
Our reason "Why?". Grant and I both come from large families with 4 siblings each. As our family grows, we appreciate having extra space for our friends and family to come and spend quality time with us here on the Outer Banks.
