Grand Dowdy
Lovingly named 'Grand Dowdy' after my great-great-great grandfather, and local resident, Grandberry Dowdy. Staying at this home is a vacation in and of itself. There’s so much to enjoy without ever leaving the property. While at this home, guest can enjoy a game of pick-up basketball in the front driveway, take a dip in the pool, warm up in the hot tub, or simply sun bathe on the chaise lounge. Take your morning coffee on the deck and plan out the day of leisure.
Newly Renovated
After purchasing this property in Fall, 2021, we embarked on a large-scale renovation taking over 8 months to complete. We repaired, replaced and renovated with our guests in mind!
Pool + Hot Tub
This property has the added amenities of the pool and hot tub, which are professionally cleaned and serviced twice per week. We are also a short walk from the beach, restaurants or Dowdy Park.
